How swapping works
Wardrobe Exchange lets members list clothing they no longer want in exchange for credits, which can then be redeemed against other members' listings. No cash changes hands between members — credits are the only currency on the marketplace.
Shipping and verification
When an unverified item is redeemed, or you request early verification, you have 3 days to drop it at a Pudo parcel locker with the reference code we give you. Once it's verified, items bought from the marketplace ship to the buyer's saved locker in one parcel per order, for one shipping fee.

Account and conduct
Listings must accurately describe the item's condition, brand and category. Misrepresenting an item, attempting to defraud another member, or listing counterfeit or prohibited goods may result in account suspension in addition to the item being forfeited.
